Privacy
What vaerawater.com collects, why, and for how long. In short: no cookies and no tracking on the public website, and only what is needed in the partner area.

The public website
- No cookies, no tracking scripts, no third-party services. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
- Server log. For each request we log a shortened IP address (the last part is removed), the page, the time, the browser type, the referring page and the browser language. We use it for security and to count visits.
- Your settings. If you choose a language or light/dark mode, your own browser remembers it. It is not sent to us.
The partner area
- Your account: name, e-mail, the partner organisation you belong to, and your sign-in history. We need this to give you secure access to material that is shared only with you.
- How the area is used: which pages and documents you open, when, for how long, and which files you download. We use this to see which material is useful and to improve it. We do not track clicks inside pages.
- Questions you ask about the content, and our answers. They are visible to your organisation and to us.
- Cookies: only those needed to keep you signed in and to protect the sign-in forms. No analytics, advertising or third-party cookies.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in running a secure website, in sharing working material with our partners, and in improving it (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Who sees it
Only VAERA. Nothing is sold or shared. The website runs on our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, which acts as our data processor. Backups are also kept in the EU. No data leaves the EU.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, ask us to limit how we use it, and object to the usage statistics. Write to info@skilled.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
